Q: What is the cost of shipping?
A: Shipping and insurance are both included in the item price. We do offer local pickup free of charge as well. See our shipping policy page for more detail.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, no. We ship anywhere in the United States.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Our previously loved items are sold in as-is, as-found condition. We do our best to source only high quality merchandise but we will absolutely disclose any known conditional issues up front so you may make an informed buying decision but we recommend asking any questions you have prior to purchasing, as we do not accept returns at the present time. In the unlikely even an item is damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately so we can provide instructions for a speedy resolution. See our policies pages for more detail.
Q: Do you have a retail location?
A: We do currently have a space at Paramount Marketplace in Wichita, Kansas. The address is 6297 E. 13th St. N. Please visit Paramount Marketplace for business hours and information.
Q: Do you ship furniture?
A: Please contact us for assistance with shipping furniture. Local pickup is always free.
Q: How do you protect breakable items from shipping damage?
We have an excellent track record of sending rare, high value, and fragile items with our careful attention to detail and strict packaging and shipping processes. We employ a variety of different materials such as bubble wrap, packing peanuts, Styrofoam, shrink wrap and foam noodles. We recycle shipping materials when we can, but we only use NEW boxes as compromised cardboard failing is one of the leading causes of shipping damage. We intend for the items we sell to arrive to you in perfect condition!
