Shipping policy

Effective 1/1/2024

We ship anywhere in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.  At this time we do not offer international shipping.  The cost of shipping is included in the item price.  Most in stock items will ship within 3 business days, unless otherwise specified in the item listing.  Due to the nature of shipping glass and other fragile items that require special and / or extra packaging, shipping may be delayed up to 10 business days in order to ensure that your purchases are thoroughly protected against shipping damage.  Shipping time estimates will be communicated in these instances, but please reach out prior to ordering if you have specific questions that are not addressed here.  Upon receiving your shipment, please inspect closely for any damage, missing, or incorrect orders.  Any of these issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery so that we can promptly resolve the problem.
